Seana helped us with the difficult task of selling a house and buying a house at the same time in a very hot market. We were able to close for both on the same day, even with a contingency. There wasn't a lot on the market but she found homes for us to see and opened our eyes to ones we wouldn't have thought of. Now we are very happy in our new home. She is pleasant, funny, and responds immediately which is very helpful when going through the stressful process of buying and selling a home.
